Skeleton Body Parts - Transform your hands into skeleton hands, alongside your feet.
Curse - Enable this and do open hand in your right hand. If you know, you know.
Bat Follower - Had to bring this one back. Spawn a Bat in that flies and follows you wherever you go.
Ambient Rune Particles - Summon Vampiric Runes to float around your body.
Sai - Pull the Sai out from your abdomen. Reorient it by flipping it upright or downwards, and you can stab people with it / Lick the blood off of it. Stab yourself to put it back in.
Fatality - Activate the toggle, place your hand inside a persons torso, then close your fist and pull. The shit is nasty tho. Swap between their spine or heart.
